I purchased the Venus Celo 15CV 15-Litre Storage Water Heater on 23-Dec-2021, and it was delivered promptly on 25-Dec-2021 at a great deal of INR 7218. From day one, it has been working perfectly. It heats water in just about 10 minutes, which is quite efficient. The ISI certification was a big selling point for me, ensuring both safety and quality.The product comes with a 2-year warranty, and in this period, I only required two minor services. Venus offers excellent customer support and warranty service. If there’s ever an issue, they assign a local technician within 2-3 days. After the warranty expires, the service charge is reasonable at INR 300, but I haven’t faced any major problems so far. My family, initially hesitant about investing in it, is now very happy with the purchase.One thing to note is that the heater comes with a 16A, 3-pin plug, so make sure you have the correct socket ready before installation.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient water heater!(Not a paid review 😂)I’ve seen a lot of fake reviews on Amazon for small cashback rewards, and it’s disappointing that Amazon hasn’t cracked down on these scams yet. But rest assured, this is a verified purchase and genuine feedback.
