Good quality. Be careful and don't put it too close to your face. Usage can be tricky because you can hold it to your chest and "not feeling it" then you get it closer to your face and BOOM! It hits you.So, just keep it around your throat, below your chin and inhale, it will hit you. Don't get it to your face, it's really that's strong.Also, I like that the seller encloses the bottle in a re-close able bag and that it comes with a plastic cover in addition to the screw-in cap for safety.
