Review: Lives up to its reputation. - Lives up to its reputation. I don’t find much difference in the heart rate compared with the wrist heart rate detected by my Garmin or Amazfit devices. But, yes. These are really accurate ones. Good thing is I can connect this to my phone and my Amazfit via Bluetooth and to my Garmin through ANT+ simultaneously. Absolutely a worthy and good buy. Review: The Gold Standard of HR monitoring. - I use this to monitor HR for my conditioning sessions with the barbell or kettlebell. I used to use a Huawei watch GT4 which was great at monitoring HR but would undercount once it got above 170. This doesn't have any such problems and recognizes it correctly until 200bpm. I use Polar Beat though, you'll have to see how it works with other apps. Best part is it sends data to my watch in addition to my phone. So, I can take off my watch during the kettlebell snatch sessions. I've been using it for like 5 months, the battery is still said to be good and have no problems. ## Features - WORKS WITH EVERYTHING: Polar HRM works with many sports and smart watches (Polar, Garmin, Apple, Suunto, etc.), Polar Beat, fitness apps such as Strava and Nike, and ALL HRM compatible Cardio Equipment - SUPREME ACCURACY: Widely recognized for its top precision by many sources, Polar H10 is the most accurate heart rate sensor in Polar’s history. Polar H10 provides top quality heart rate measurement and it's the choice of many pro athletes. - CONNECTIVITY: Bluetooth, ANT+ and 5 kHz provide an excellent variety of connection options (e.g. with Peloton). You can use Bluetooth and ANT+ connections simultaneously as well as two Bluetooth connections simultaneously. - POLAR PRO CHEST STRAP: With improved electrodes, an easy-to-use buckle and silicone dots, the strap is comfortable and interference-free, and stays put when you're on the move. - VERSATILITY: Wear Polar HR monitor when rowing, cycling, running, training indoors or swimming. Polar H10 is fully waterproof and it has internal memory for one training session. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07PM54P4N | | Battery Average Life | 8 Days | | Battery Description | Lithium-Ion | | Best Sellers Rank | #1,804 in Sports, Fitness & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports, Fitness & Outdoors ) #1 in Running Heart Rate Monitors | | Brand | Polar | | Brand Name | Polar | | Colour | Black | | Compatible Devices | Laptops, PC, Smartphones, Tablets | | Country Of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 out of 5 stars 19,008 Reviews | | Display Size | 0.96 Inches | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00725882051291 | | Importer Contact Information | Luxury Personified LLP | | Item Type Name | Heart rate Sensor | | Item Weight | 60 Grams | | Manufacturer | Polar, Polar | | Manufacturer Contact Information | Polar | | Manufacturer Part Number | 92075957 | | Material | Silicone | | Material Type | Silicone | | Model Number | 92075957 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Packer Contact Information | Polar | | Screen Size | 0.96 Inches | | Sensor Type | Pulse Sensor | | Size | M-XXL | | Software Update Supported to Date | unknown | | Team Name | Polar | | UPC | 725882051291 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | 2 Year Manufacturer | | Whats In The Box1 - Whats In The Box3 | Polar H10 Chest Strap | ## Product Details - **Battery Description:** Lithium-Ion - **Battery Life:** 8 Days - **Brand:** Polar - **Colour:** Black - **Compatible Devices:** Laptops, PC, Smartphones, Tablets - **Item Weight:** 60 Grams - **Material:** Silicone - **Net Quantity:** 1 Count - **Screen Size:** 0.96 Inches - **Sensor Type:** Pulse Sensor ## Images ![H10 Heart Rate Monitor Chest Strap - ANT + Bluetooth, Waterproof HR Sensor for Men and Women-Black M-XXL - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71FBObS+q6L.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What are sizes for polar heart rate monitir** A: I'm super emasculated by Anonymous as a man with a 32" chest. The medium was too big after some uses given they stretch out. These need to fit quite snug enough that they are slightly uncomfortable and after about 5 minutes the uncomfortableness goes away. Just tight enough not to slip is NOT tight enough if you want consistent, accurate readings. Also, check to make sure it is snug throughout your entire breathing cycle. A snug fit might feel loose when you breath very hard. I now wear the XS-S with it set at a 25" circumference which with a 7" stretch. It still feels very comfortable (meaning I never noticed it) on my 4 hour+ mtb rides, though it's quite tight when I first stretch it on. This tight fit does not leave any marks on me, and I expect after about 10 more rides I'll need to shorten it up another inch, so make sure you have room to snug it up. The M-XXL once clasped is 28.5" to 36.5" at it's longest adjustment. Add normal 6-8" inches of stretch, and you should be able to tolerate an appropriate fit at least up to 44.5", and probably larger. I think you guys with the mid 40" chest may not be used to how these straps should feel since the M-XXL is at least a couple inches big for me on its tightest adjustment. FINALLY ******Too bad we even have to ask and answer this question though. It's super disappointing Polar does not accurately post what  chest measurent range each size strap properly fits (not too tight, not to loose),  how to take a proper measurements, and how to test you have a proper fit. We shouldnt each have to waste time googling. searching their documents and website, contacting their support, reading reddit, and asking amazon users and still not find a good answer.  And it's sad the one person from polar that responded here just through up a stretch range for each without more commentary on getting the proper size. I hope Polar will respond and put together a useful document for proper sizing.******** **Q: Does the strap provide continuous heart rate monitoring? Can I wear it 24/7?** A: You can wear it 24/7. Having worn a medical chest ECG monitor for 10 days, it was a bit awkward at first but got used to it. Depending on your expectations, such as accuracy, a chest monitor can't be beat. Tried wearing Fitbit Charge 5 and Apple iWatch 6 simultaneously during HIIT sessions for months, they both varied as much as 10 bpm from the other. Decided to go with chest monitor. **Q: To those with experience changing battery, is the flip cap easy to open/close? H7 used a coin slot on soft plastic, so edges rubbed off=hard to open** A: I found the H7 to be of the poorest design compared to the ease of changing the battery in the H10. I can’t tell you how many of my clients disliked the H7. I think you will love the ease of the H10 battery replacement. **Q: What app do u download w the heart monitor?** A: Hi Christy, the Polar H10 is compatible with many apps and devices, the two Polar apps you can use are Polar Beat or Polar Flow, both can pair to your H10 Sensor so you can view and record your training sessions. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lives up to its reputation. *by P***H on 20 July 2026* Lives up to its reputation.
