And I could tell this was an effective product from the very first use; my mouth felt noticably clean and fresh immediately -- and with nightly use (right before bedtime, after flossing, before mouthwashing, reserving brushing with toothpaste until l after breakfast and after dinner), I have observed a much lighter and brighter smile within the last three weeks of use. And there is still plenty left in the bottle, maybe enough to last a good six-months of once-daily usage. I believe it may be intended for twice-daily usage, for a few seconds each time, but I've found that once-daily usage for about a minute has been working incredibly well for me, and my teeth never feel stripped or damaged.A hint for usage, wet your toothbrush head, set it down on the sink, shake the tube up and down ove the toothbrush head, then use the tips of your fingers to drip a few drops of water over the powder, then make sure your mouth is wet before brushing.
