Sportime lanyard is used to hold a whistle or stopwatch, and has a braided nylon cord for durability. Nylon is very strong and flexible, has excellent abrasion resistance, is lightweight, and resists crushing and cracking. The lanyard includes a nickel-plated brass clip for secure fastening. Nickel is corrosion resistant, ferromagnetic, maintains much of its strength at high temperatures, and stays tough and ductile at low temperatures; brass is corrosive resistant, ductile at high temperatures, and has a low magnetic permeability. I ordered the neon colors and received red instead of hot pink. I ordered these for my student workers and they were very disappointed that we didn't get the hot pink lanyards. If there is any way that you can ship the lanyards to me in hot pink I would really appreciate it. I have no problem returning the red lanyards. The lanyards are high quality, but I do not care for the red. Please advise what can be done to rectify this. Thank you.

Thin profile means less material to rub your neck.  These are soft and colorfull.  Kinda long, but that works for me.  Would recommend.

I received two each of black, white, red, green, blue, and gold lanyards.  I'm knocking off two stars because the colors don't match the picture here on Amazon that shows red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.  Otherwise these lanyards are great, quality is good, and they work fine.  I tie a knot at one end to make them shorter-- otherwise my badge is swinging around my belly button
