These are by far the best I've found. They're very thin, so they fit nicely in the bra. Sometimes (if it's going to be a particularly long day, etc.), I double up with a disposable and a non-disposable pad, and these are thin enough to do that. With other pads, my nipples often feel itchy or red / sore after wearing disposable pads on their own all day, but these do not have that negative side effect.
