**Q: Is it hard plastic or soft?**
A: It's soft plastic. It gives some but not so much that it loses it's shape.

**Q: Can you buy adhesive to reapply to a phone shoulder restadhesive to reapply my shoulder rest?**
A: Double-sided tape with a foam layer is suggested. Auto parts weatherstrip tape or even an arts and crafts store item.

**Q: What are the exact dimensions?  Will it fit on a land line cordless phone that is curved both vertically and horizontally?  Thanks!**
A: I bought this recently for my office phone, so that isn't cordless, but has a curved handle.  The sticky strip isn't very wide - 3/4" - 1", and the entire thing is very soft and pliable, so I think it would find on a cordless phone as well.

**Q: Are these laytex free? I'm allergic.**
A: The package does not say whether it contains latex or not. Sorry that I can't help more!
