Picked this up as a gift for an outdoorsy kid, and it ended up being a hit. He’s been using it for backyard camping and a couple short trips, and it’s held up well so far. Setup was apparently easy enough because he had it set up in 5 mins without adult help. It’s light enough that he can carry it himself without struggling.It’s a nice size for one person, maybe two if you’re keeping it tight. Feels like something he can actually grow into instead of outgrowing right away.Overall, it was a good gift choice.

This is pretty good for the price. I’ve used it about five times backpacking or just rolling up to a campsite. It’s dead simple to set up and take down. You can get it set up in about five minutes. If you used a tent it’s got what you need really. It’s roomy enough to fit two people and if you’re alone you got plenty of space to mess around with gear or whatever. The only complaints is that the outer layer of the tent poles have started peeling so that can make inserting them more difficult than it should be and makes me question the longevity of the product. The tent stakes are super flimsy too
