The taste and aroma coupled with a very attractive and practical can(tin) make it my latest kitchen counter must have.I thought I had been buying quality olive oil for a long time but I recently read an article giving the low down on shady olive oil practices so I decided to look for an Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil that was not blended and came from one producer. I took a chance on Cycladi as I liked the fact that it came from the Greek island of Naxos and it was the most decorative can!It turned out to be a really good choice. I’ve used it drizzled over fish, meat, vegetables and pasta and to dress salads. I like it as it’s not too strong a taste and doesn’t dominate the flavours but enhances them. But it’s really lovely with some quality Balsamic vinegar to dip your artisan bread in. And best of all with tomatoes, burrata and basil.So, healthy and delicious and looks great. I will keep stocked up for my kitchen but also for gifts for foodie family and friends.Update August 2021Fabulous new contemporary design tin.
