I’m incredibly pleased with the customer service of this company. When I received my initial package it was missing some parts. We all know this can be frustrating, but as soon as I reached out to the company, they were quick to respond and make it right. As I said, I can’t speak for the longevity of this product, but I can say that the company was quick to make sure that the customer was pleased. For that, they get my stamp of approval. In the 1st pack only 1 worked so we put in for a replacement and zero in that pack worked. We have no clue how they got such high ratings. We then bought these and they worked perfect. Next to the others they cost more and got less but we have no problem with these and are more than happy with this purchase. We partially buried these so I can’t rate the suction but I will definitely buy these again and we’re worth the extra cost. Do yourself a favor and skip the 4 for $16. Submersible lights and get these instead, you won’t be sorry.
