I haven't experienced any stomach upset at all. I take 1 capsule at night right after eating dinner. I take Nature's Way Alive multivitamins in the morning, which give me another 15 mg of zinc. Maybe it's just a coincidence, but I think the picolinate is working even better than the gluconate, even though I'm taking 25 fewer milligrams per day. I haven't had any HS lesions since starting this product about 7 weeks ago. I'm so happy not to have to take long-term antibiotics anymore to try to keep things under control.
