As a budget, entry level scooter, it boasts a surprisingly solid and lightweight construction, as well as an improved ergonomic design and high performance components that are on par with many higher-end models. The Cipher Model has a new wide T-bar that enables a solid stance. The T-bar has also been placed in a more upright position to allow for more space for performing barspin tricks and accommodating all sizes of rider more comfortably than ever. Featuring a solid steel brake; speed management is top notch, enabling smooth control of the scooter under braking, with fewer surprises. Review: Incredible value for money - I know I’m getting old because every now and again I buy something and I’m absolutely amazed that it’s been able to be manufactured, shipped and delivered for such a low cost. £40 is a steal for this scooter. The packaging is really cool, it’s super easy to assemble, just tighten three bolts (Allen key included), and it’s absolutely solid. I bought it for my 8 year old but I’ll definitely be riding it home from the school run. I was concerned with some of the previous photos of the snapped stem but the design has obviously been updated as this is no longer a round tube and is instead a piece of box section. Awesome product!

I know I’m getting old because every now and again I buy something and I’m absolutely amazed that it’s been able to be manufactured, shipped and delivered for such a low cost. £40 is a steal for this scooter. The packaging is really cool, it’s super easy to assemble, just tighten three bolts (Allen key included), and it’s absolutely solid. I bought it for my 8 year old but I’ll definitely be riding it home from the school run. Awesome product!
