This resin is thicker than most and would lend better to coating than casting, so it's perfect for coating dimensional objects like stones and tumblers. Easy to mix at 1:1 ratio. The photos speak for themselves. Just one coat, and you can see my kitchen fan in the reflection. Cures to a glass-like smooth surface, no fisheyes or dimples with crystal clear transmission. Will intensify appearance of colors if used over a matte paint. I warmed bottles in warm water before mixing and let cure at room temperature. Stones were dry enough to handle around 11 hours. Had a noticeable odor as it cured, but wasn't overwhelming.If you paint stones or make custom tumblers, this resin will please you.
