I’d think after the first month the cravings will naturally reduce and I can go down to one a day. Highly recommend!

This is just an extremely expensive mint! It's supposed to decrease sugar cravings and make sugary foods not taste sweet so you don't finish eating them. Well, I still craved sweets and at best maybe decreased sweetness 5-10%. Certainly not enough to discourage eating it like they claim. Waste of money for a nothing special mint. Luckily amazon is giving me a refund! don't bother with this.
