Review: Holy Cow! Where have I been?! - I was beginning to lose hope on the hard waxing because of the apply time, pain, and overall mess that it caused. This stuff is amazing, the mess is practically nonexistent— and it comes off with water it there is some residue. I used this with the MOOM reusable strips and WOW!!! You just hand wash them with water and it easily comes off as well... I left them to air dry (which the do fairly quickly) and clean up was done! I practiced on my husband since I waxed about two weeks ago and didn’t have enough hair. The removal was painless (he stated this) and as you can see from the amount of hair he has—- it came off soooo well and it’s very smooth. I actually look forward to sugar waxing my whole body! If you’re thinking about doing it, go for it. I’ve never used sugar before and it was super easy. Yes it is a bit sticky, but if you’re just applying to the skin there should be no mess. **Q: Is this ment yo used with a strip? And i do warm it up in thr microwave?**
A: Jaylene, the sugar refill is meant to be used with Moom cloth strips (which are washable). You could possibly substitute strips of sturdy cotton cloth but we've only tested the strips supplied by Moom. The Moom strips work really well.You can warm up the sugar in the microwave. Use short 10 second cycles until the sugar is warm and fluid with a consistency like honey. Be careful not to heat up the sugar too quickly or you could burn yourself. The sugar should not be heated past being comfortable to touch. A second way of heating up the sugar is to warm up a bowl of water in the microwave or pot and put the refill jar in the bowl.

**Q: Does your hair need to be a certain length for this to work?**
A: Not really. It has worked well on me even with short hair.

**Q: I don't have a microwave, is there another way to heat it? Maybe sitting jar in a bowl of hot water or in oven on warm?**
A: yep that's the old fashion way. that's how it was done. take a metal pot, fill with water, make sure u don't fill to the top, for the water may go into the jar and it can ruin the the stuff in the jar. anyways. maybe up to moom fill the pot with water. then watch it become liquid, and wax... DO NOT PUT IT IN THE OVEN! i think that is dangerous, it needs to breathe, and if u put in the oven you are baking not heating, and it will dry up I think good luck.

**Q: How do I refill it?**
A: I just buy a new one and recycle the jar. I've not found refill packages for this.

Horrible wax. Mine came completely liquid, completely un-usable. It never hardened up to the honey consistency. Attempted to wax, the wax wouldn't stick to any cloth to come off. I had to take a hot shower to get it off my skin.
