I see some people have complained about the product burning; I'm not sure why you would complain about that when you ordered a product with a bleaching agent. The product has definitely faded my age spots and decreased the size of my pores. I think it helps the wrinkles, but maybe I'm just hopeful. I can tell you that I'm almost 61 and when I visited a skin doctor recently he couldn't believe the shape my facial skin is in considering my age, the fact I spent way too much time in the sun when I was young, and smoked for almost 20 years. That kept me reordering this product. I'm not sure why someone complained about the smell. I don't think this product smells bad at all. Maybe they were referring to the facial wash that came with this as a freebie for a while. That did have a horrible smell.
