Great product otherwise *by D***L on 13 February 2015* Gave 4 stars only because it runs very small. ,my waist measures 42inches and I had to purchase the 4xl. So def buy two maybe even three sizes up from what the chart recommends. It's great other wise, it was hard to put on at first but that's expected. Trick is to start hooking from the bottom and work your wAy up. Much easier this way. I can wear it All day and it helps a lot with my posture. It's flexible enough for working out too.. But don't try anything like yoga wearing it . Just don't get the wrong size only because you want to speed process up and squeeze your waist in smaller. You'll only be damaging your organs a md possibly cause acid reflux by over restricting your food intake by wearing the wrong size that is obvious too small & tight for you.
