I'm not a very athletic person, but I workout about 3 times a week. 5'9 and 180ish pounds. Enter this workout band.I decided to get this band in the L/XL size as it has great reviews and is pretty affordable. I just used it for the first time with great results. I felt that this band really forced my glutes to activate. It is made of extremely tough material that feels very high quality. Definetely a good workout with this puppy. The workout guide that they so kindly send after purchase is very helpful as well.However, I felt as though my legs were going to collapse while using the band. Not from working out, but because the band was so tight. Like extra tight. Tighter than spanx after a buffet tight. As I said before I am not thin, in fact I hold most of my weight in the legs and butt region. So when I ripped this band off, my legs were tingly and felt strangely light. I assume that's because the blood was beginning to flow properly once again. Neat.Though this band is very well made, the sizes available aren't suitable to many. If the company were to make more sizes that would be ideal.Tldr; Great workout item. However, it's extremely tight and is probably not suitable for a wide range of body types. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent for working glutes *by A***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 April 2018* I'm a sports therapist and see a lot of lower back pain caused by weak glutes. To fix the issue you need to exercise the glutes and this is a great piece of kit for doing that. It's much better than resistance bands which tend to move, snap or roll up on the legs. I went for a S/m and I’m 5’9 and size 8. Resistance is strong and really works those glutes. I have trouble activating glutes in the gym and this has really helped me find them!
