Review: First Time Trying This In Pill Form - I’ve had knee discomfort my entire life. It has increased with age (almost 51) and weight gain. I can tell you most vitamins i take, I have zero clue if they are working but still I take them. 100% any time I run out of my black seed oil, in a few days the knee discomfort feeling comes back. I’ve taken this by the spoonful and in pill form. Both work for me the same, I can confirm. I’ve bought another brand of this in oil form that’s sold in the expensive grocery store WF’s. And yes that works, but this more affordable option works as well, just for those on the fence like I was. I’m currently on a tighter budget and this price point works for me. Also in case you didn’t know, there are many other benefits of black seed oil. Just google it.
