This halo ring had a great review so I decided to buy it. Good thing I did because it is great. I shoot videos in an office that has zero natural lighting and poor lighting at best. This light solved all of my problems with a quickness. I like the fact that it has the white shades (not sure what they are called) that go over the light and even out the distribution. Another great thing is the ball mount that is attached to the inside of the light. I am able to attach my camera and my mic wit no issues. Right now I have the light setting on top of my mic stand and then the camera and mic attached to the center of the light. Another feature I like is that you can dim the light to the level that you need. I usually keep it on the dimmest setting since I am pale and it makes me look even more white lol. Anyways, this Halo Ring Light is awesome.
