Which is it?** A: The goods I received were 3 packages, 4 tablets in each package, 12 total appliance freshening tablets. I believe this matches the product description. **Q: Can u use on top loaders** A: I am using on a Top Loader machine and I do believe it makes a difference. I hope it works for you. **Q: Is this product any good?** A: I order Plink for the dishwasher on a regular basis - has a lemon/citrus smell. My dishwasher is old and will get to smelling as I don't actually need to run it very often. I keep one in the bottom of it between cycles. After a cycle, I replenish.
