The title says 23ft; however the description says - "The rolls in the 3 pack are 1.5 inches wide and 16.5 feet long"** A: The three rolls came in a clear plastic bag with no info on it. I have no idea how long each roll is. **Q: Do you have to cut the tape, or is it easy to rip? basically do i need to also now throw scissors in my gym bag? lol** A: Easy to rip.
