    Bad product, suspect reviews

Three things:1. The spigot is useless. It only dribbles, never pours. I timed it, took 3.5 minutes to fill one cup.2. Strong plastic taste and smell. Imagine a cheap plastic blow-up swimming pool toy.3. It doesn't hold anywhere near 5 gallons, it barely takes 2 gallons (see photos compared to gallon of milk for scale, and actual 5 gallon Coghlan's)In looking back at the other reviews, I suspect their legitimacy. Stay away, stick with the known product.

    Better Water Bladders Available

Bought this as a second option to take camping with us.  It wouldn't sit upright without falling over and the nozzle was a pain to get water out of. Holds water but not well. Fill it up and it becomes  a gelatinous  mass of hard to pour madness. The spout trickles, and only if you hold the jug/bottle /container just right. 2 stars because  it holds water.
