Heavy package delivered by Bluedart otherwise mentioned was "Gati", Maybe the end mile is covered by Bluedart. Heavy cardboard box was mostly intact and dry though it was raining. Packing is good and Treadmill reached intact (no damage). Its heavy and so handling single-handedly is bit difficult but possible. Assembly and commissioning is simple. Looks good. Initial run was impressive. Overall I am happy with this purchase. Rest the time will tell.Now, used for 10 days. My observations are:- space between hand rails is narrow which is a bit inconvenient. Also, it has Dc Motor and contentious usage is limited to 40 min( max) and then a cooling period of one hour is needed before using it again. Emergency stop is all too sudden and one can fall. So hold the rails when sudden stop happens. Be patient to understand and get used to this Treadmill fully.Also, their Service Deptt. located in Mumbai has a very casual attitude; not prompt which is annoying.Hence, four star.WARNING Having used sufficiently by now; Changing the Rating to ONE STAR. Everything is fine but for one very serious drawback; God forbid if there is a power failure during usage or the cord is accidentally pulled, treadmill suddenly freezes (totally stops with a sudden jerk) One is bound to fall which can be fetal. Till date I am happy with product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Simple, sleek and good looking *by J***O on Reviewed in India on 14 February 2019* Used heavily for 3 weeks, works as advertised. The best thing I like about it is that it doesn’t have too many stupid buttons or an ugly display panel because of which it has a very sleek profile and looks quite tolerable if not pretty in my middle class living room. Also is slightly smaller in terms of length and fits alright.Needless to say I am not preparing for olympics. Will recommend it for normal folks who just want to be able to run without the hassle of waiting in queue at the apartment gym or risking choking on particulates outside or being run over by cabbies.The heart rate monitor on this is almost useless though, takes forever and can’t seem to make up its mind.
