However they fit snugly so I would say that they come up small, so advice would be to order a size larger and to note that they are on the narrow side so they’re a snug fit. Hope that helps. **Q: I'm in between sizes. Would you suggest going half a size up or down?** A: I'm naturally a ten & half & bought size 11. They fit very well with thickish socks. Though I don't use it, there's also a strap which folds away when not in use for additional heel support. I don't recommend going down a size - I think that would tend to be uncomfortable **Q: Do the insoles come out or glued in?** A: They come out....I put some thicker ones in over the top.... **Q: Does anyone here wear these as slippers in their home? Or are they too uncomfortable to wear indoors all day long?
