Thanks to other reviews on here, the length of my stock forend was same as this Hogue so no need of the adapter. These are pretty cheap to buy compared to other sets out there. Great value, and it feels great. I'm not a fan of pistol grips or folding stocks so this was exactly what I wanted. I have the Magpul stock and forend set on my Remington 870 12 guage and I like this set just as much, however this is not modular like that one, can't adjust it or add sling attachments. Part number 05020. Install was super easy, but you'll definitely need the stock bolt, so if you've got a pistol grip, that won't have the hardware you need to mount it.
