All major airlines have these seats and even the smaller regional airlines are moving in that direction. If you put the headphones over the top of the Zzz Band, it should work fine. However, the headphone cups probably won't seal as good over the ear. If you want the headphones to go under the Zzz Band, then I'd say that won't work because there's not enough room between the band and your head. I would use in-ear headphones if you're trying to mask random noise on the plane. That combo with Zzz Band will work better than those bulky foam neck pillows. My 20 yr old son just flew to South Africa in the very back of a crowded 747 and he slept for 6 hrs straight using the Zzz Band. It really works good. **Q: Does the velcro connect in the front of the mask?** A: No, it connects in the back. I usually adjust prior to putting on the ZzzBand.
