A: 20 to 30 lbs. if you attach the straps very tight.  Also depends if you useit on top of the seat or the back of the seat.

**Q: Will a delorme atlas & gazetteer (11 1/4" x 15 3/4" with plastic cover) fit in this?**
A: Yes

**Q: How is it attached at the bottom? i want to put it on the back of the passenger seat in my rv van but i don't want to feel a buckle or strap.**
A: It's attached with an adjustable strap and a buckle.

**Q: Will a 5” wide binder fit in the largest pocket**
A: No, not even close. You _might_ get 4.25" in it but definitely not 5".
