THX desertcart Review: It is sugar - but different than any other Domino granulated sugar I've ever had. It isn't sparkling, like other sugar and has a matte finish - like powdered sugar. The sugar isn't as fine as powdered sugar, but looks like it's one grind away from it. Very strange. The taste is fine, but looks and texture are different from any granulated sugar I've ever seen. When I received this, it was in the paper bag as shown in the product picture. It was not in a resealable bag but the paper bag was inside of a sealed plastic bag. This plastic bag had about 2 tablespoons in it that had come out of the paper bag and also there was a bit in the box itself. It's nice to be able to buy 10lb bags.
