So if you're looking for Pure functionability and movement, order your true size and it will definitely give you room to breathe and grow :-) I'm 6ft 2 215 pounds and I wear a large long. It's not too long but it's not a belly shirt.Chambray shirts are acceptable to wear out. f you want a shirt you can wear to the bar with a pair of work boots, go down a size. But if you're looking at this shirt for normal wear, I would suggest sizing down.
