I did not have any winter-ware to go out grocery shopping. I paid extra for it to be shipped overnight. I received it on Wednesday around 3 PM. I was too late to purchase a frozen turkey in order for it to be thawed in time. I request that my shipping costs be credited to my account. I have already notified Amazon when tracking the order, but have not received a reply.Otherwise the jacket is very good. The front pockets are placed a little to far back for someone with arthritis.
