**Q: is this tested ??**
A: Yes from what a health magazine that my wife got states that it has been tested.She has been taking it for over 2 weeks now and she has lost weight from taking it.

A: This is not a 'capsule' with tiny pellets inside, but rather a tablet.  It's large so I put it into a couple tablespoons of water overnight and just gulp it down followed by water.

**Q: is there an improvement in urination control at night with only 1 capsule they recommend?**
A: My husband and I started taking Solaray Olive Leaf Extract to help keep from getting the flu and within a week we both noticed we weren’t waking up in the middle the night.
