The existing padding is insufficient to mask the inflexible framework, which makes it uncomfortable to use for more than short periods (perhaps 10 to 15 minutes only) without standing up. That’s a pity, because otherwise it’s size and portability are almost perfect for using at a sports stadium. Attending the Rugby World Cup in Japan recently, I used it at a couple of matches, but always I was aware more of the framework than the padding. Also, it would be easier to repack after use if the Velcro straps were clearly different (another colour, perhaps?) from the other straps between seat and back. As someone with a chronic back injury, I would be interested in working with the manufacturer to help make some changes.
