The scent is super soft and mellow which is great for my super sensitive preggers sense of smell. Also, I love how it feels on my skin! Its moderately thick but not overly heavy and my skin is already becoming super soft just from using it the few days I have had it. Hopefully keeps the stretch marks at bay as I am just at the end of my first trimester and have already popped quite a bit as I was tall and slender prior to getting pregnant. It felt like it made a good layer of hydration for the stretching skin and I swear by it as one of the reasons I never got stretch marks! (Had a 9lb baby and gained 35 lbs with pregnancy) I know stretch marks are mostly genetic but this lotion truly avoided any itching and I felt my skin was hydrated for hours!! It's not anything I'd rave about, but it's not obnoxious in any way and it doesn't smell like baby stuff or have that like old person/baby Aquaphor kind of scent.Texturally, it's a little weird to me because it's slightly grainy, but it's also light enough and not greasy or oily. Once you've got it on and rubbed in, it doesn't leave you feeling lubed up like a baby pig. It also works really well for a number of things. So far, I have no stretch marks, although honestly I think that is more genetic than anything; it also helps calm itching and keeps my skin hydrated.
