Ordered this as a gift for my bf, and when he opened it we discovered one of the glasses was chipped. I reached out to Nou Living and they responded quickly and sent out a replacement glass, no questions asked other then a picture of  the damaged glass and my address for the replacement. They were kind and it was painless!As for the decanter set itself, it's beautiful and the bf loved it. It has a nice weight to it, feels sturdy, and looks fancy!I appreciated the great customer service, so next time I want to buy another decanter I will definitely order from them!
