Review: Great product, amazing service/communication - Brought this as a cheaper alternative to the ‘spar bar’. On the day it arrived I received a phone call saying a part had not been put in my box however it is now being sent out and will be with me tomorrow which it did arrive by. Annoyingly I couldn’t use my new spar bar that day however I must applaud the service, the man on the phone was very apologetic and explained it all and was very professional, it’s also great they picked up on it before I even received the item. Once arrived I set it up which was easy with the easy to follow instructions however I can’t tell if the head(top punch bag/ball) is screwed in properly, it’s fully tightened but looks like it has about 5mm to go down? However it does work perfectly fine. Great product.

Brought this as a cheaper alternative to the ‘spar bar’.
