If you need the coins to be as secure as possible then this is lacking but just a little. The foam inserts allow your coins to move around inside the capsules. The capsules are made very cheaply as there are mold lines and extra material which was not trimmed prior to packaging. I have one capsule that is missing half of the cover. I still contend that this is a good deal just not the best deal for the product. I have had to trim several of the capsules as they look messy otherwise. The product rates a ACB to me.
