**Q: Can I swap the factory hardware with heavy duty lag screws to increase the load capacity greater than 450lbs?**
A: The answer to lag is no.  Our lags are certified to hold 800 lbs each. We certified our system to hold 450 lbs of distributed weight @ 150 lbs per two channel rails.  The lag isn't the issue

**Q: What is the height of the system from the ceiling to the bottom of the beam?**
A: Approx 3.5 inches to the bottom of channel rail from ceiling

**Q: what are the dimensions of the box this is shipped in?**
A: 48"x8"x6"

**Q: How many 27 gal totes (Costco Greenmade) will fit?**
A: The system will fit 9 of the 27 gallon totes. And FYI you'll love it!
