GE Designs has a cutting chart on their website that gives many cutting increments for these rulers. Hope this answers your question. **Q: Where are creative grid rulers made?** A: I have 2 of the XL rulers. I just got one directly from GE Quilt Designs website and it says Made in the USA. I have heard on the Gudrun’s Quilt Crew Facebook page that some people have received counterfeit Stripology rulers through Amazon. I bought one on Amazon, but don’t have it with me to check place country of origin.
