I bought a parka jacket to get through the winter, and the jacket was soaked through after being outside for 20 minutes. Did exactly as instructed, and its now waterproof. I did spray it outside, let it dry, and then threw it into the dryer on high heat. I knocked it down 1 star because 1 bottle was barely enough to cover the entire jacket. I had gotten through most of jacket, with only part of the back, 1 sleeve, and the hood left to do and the bottle was empty. I tried using the hot setting on the dryer, but it didn't work very well. Some areas the product is working, but not in others....I couldn't get the dryer hot enough, Some of the product was tumbled off inside the drum before it dried on the jacket . I was thinking of using a heat stripping gun, but I'm afraid of melting the jacket. I can't find an acceptable way of getting the Aqua Armor to dry and activate on something that can't be ironed. A hair dryer just doesn't work well.
