**Q: Does this contain sodium? No ingrediant list on label. Thought list was required?**
A: it's only onion powder, no sodium.  Be warned, though, that it is literally like talcum powder or flour. and it had very little onion smell or taste.   It is not little grains like garlic powder.  I threw it out, it was useless.

**Q: is this organic?**
A: Onions don’t need to be organic. They don’t need pesticides since bugs don’t feast on them and don’t like the smell. Same goes with garlic.
