Not only does my knees and hips love this pillow, but so does my neck. It fits perfectly as a pillow for my bad neck, and with the hole in the middle, I can hear my podcast at night when I put phone under it. Sidesleepers, it snugs up between your shoulder and neck perfectly or cradles your head in the middle for good neck support. If I had anything negative to say, the strap may be too long for someone with smaller thigh. There is an extender included, but it could probably be slightly smaller. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because, once I removed the cover to wash it, I never got it back on and zipped up perfectly. Even tried following instructions from the web site.
