Second, I love the fact that table of contents is already sketched for you and it's not just one, but 16 pages of table of contents, which should be enough in my opinion. Third, and I think this is the best part, is that it has grids on every single page. I hate that stupid national brand research notebook company, where you have only 1 page with grids followed by 4 absolutely blank pages and the pagination there is weird too. What is that? An art student's sketchbook? Anyways, every single page is paginated, has witnessed by section on the bottom, with the date and you can also label the pages with your projects on the top, so that you don't get lost. It's like an actual scientist designed a lab notebook so that minimum amount of time is spent looking for dates/project numbers. Overall the lab notebook is very nice.
