I was able to encase my armrest from the front of the couch to the back and stretch it semi-tight so that it would remain in place. It's not an exact fit, but it is much better than trying to use one piece at a time, which is just not designed to fit securely.The manufacturer should take note and potentially design an arm cover like the one I attempted to make.
