Review: Best curry spices ever! - These are by far the best curry spice mixes and so easy! I love them all. Yesterday, I tried the Biryani for the first time and it was delicious. I thought the rice might become stodgy but despite having to add water twice it was cooked perfectly. I notice one review mentioned cooking the meat for an hour before adding the rice for a further 20 minutes. I make most of my curries with chicken and it would have been horribly overcooked this way. I just cooked the chicken slowly in the sauce for about 15 minutes and then added the rice for 20 minutes. It was perfect with some of the lovely dal, cucumber raita and lime pickle. I can't recommend this product enough!

A: Bang Curry as of of jan 2021, packs it’s products in a nut free factory.

**Q: Is there a best before date**
A: I’ve just bought a box end of may 23 and the expiry is August 23

**Q: Are they still nut free please (posting October 2022)**
A: Yes nut free and packaged in nut free environment

**Q: What’s the difference between the Big Bang and the gift box?**
A: Not entirely sure, the gift box has loads of different packets in. I got it for my now ex. I threw that sexy box of curry at him,in a nice way haha.....

These are by far the best curry spice mixes and so easy! I love them all. Yesterday, I tried the Biryani for the first time and it was delicious.
