I had huge holes on my scalp with no hair at all & it took weeks to find a shampoo mild enough to use without horrible pain & a moisturizing conditioner to begin repairing the damage to my fine, thin hair which was so burned it was at least a month before I could comb it out & go in public. I would soak my head in a sink of cold water, put heavy moisturizing conditioner on my hair & wrap leaving on for 12-15 hrs, still not able to comb with a wide tooth comb/brush meant specifically not to break hair & rinse w/ warm water, wait a day & try again. My hair doesn’t tangle but for weeks I could NOT comb my hair out due to the dry, brittle state after just one use of this product. Let me be clear. I do NOT believe it was the real product in the bottle but until Amazon is able to maintain quality control I will no longer be able to purchase my hair are products thru them. The reviews must improve & obvious control taken to protect the products these companies work so diligently to produce. Going they the Holidays with 1/3 of my hair missing, the broken, brittle dry hair when my hair is fine, soft & supple is a huge disappointment. I can honestly say my hair is responding with improved texture & less loss. Conditioner in second order was unsatisfactory. Product was a brown off-color, too thick to squeeze out of bottle. I have to assume the conditioner in this second order was old and should have been pulled from inventory. Poor oversight. I may look for another product when ready to reorder.
