DOES NOT come with a strap, which is a shame because it is a main reason I chose it. I need it for yoga, and this is not grippy, and it's also too thick for yoga poses. More suitable for gym training. Seller is charging me return shipping for the refund, which seems unfair since 1). It's not a yoga mat, as advertised, and 2). It doesn't come with the strap, as advertised. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but not for Yoga *by P***T on 25 August 2016* This mat is lovely and thick but apparently it's more of a Pilates mat rather than a yoga mat. Due to it's thickness it is difficult to find your balance doing yoga as it's like standing on a thick duvet. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Lovely thick mat for floorwork *by N***F on 15 March 2017* Lovely thick mat which is comfortable for floor work. Is a little hard to balance on for some yoga moves.
