Review: Tasty and Convenient - I used it to season my rice with lunch (please ignore the sad tamagoyaki in the other side, I was in a hurry). It was very good tasting, nice strong flavor. I also used it in dressings for vegetables and cold soba noodles. My dressing recipe using this is: 2 parts rice vinegar, 2 parts sesame oil, 1 part koikuchi shoyu (Japan Brewed Kikoman is good enough for this, American brewed is honestly not, they taste very different.) and 1 part of ume paste. Just whisk it together. I put it on a cold soba salad with sliced daikon, carrot, cabbage, cucumber, kale, and green onion or chives.
