I have ears that are sensitive to temperature changes, so these helped so much in keeping my ears warm. It has the perfect fit and stays in place, even when sleeping. I would most definitely recommend these, great value for the price. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Slightly goofy looking headband, but useful *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 29, 2020* Unless you're a clothing model, this headband won't look as good on you as it does on the guy in the picture. But, if you want to avoid hat hair or simply don't like the feel of a knit cap over your head, this serves nicely to keep your ears from freezing. It's also very soft. I've worn it for up to 5 hours outside in the cold, and it remains comfortable. No irritation, no feeling like your head it being squeezed. Warm.Maybe too warm? Unlike with a knit cap that breathes, it gets sweaty under there after a while. That's the plushy trade-off I guess. Fortunately, the head band is very easy to clean. I run mine under a cold tap for a short time, gently squeeze the water out, and hang it to dry. Next day, it's good as new. I've worn mine several times this winter, for several hours at a time, during heavy physical activity.
