**Q: What does the whole b (m) stuff mean? i'm a size 9 in women and i'm trying to see which size i have to order and the whole b (m) thing is confusing**
A: B(M) is a women's shoe width marking as medium & average. D(M) is for men's shoes as medium width. Therefore, if you see B(M) after the sizes, you can assume that the sizes are women's sizes, and if you see D(M), they are men's sizes. For example, 9 B(M) is women's 9, but a 9 D(M) is a men's 9 which equivalents to a women's 11.

**Q: These say 'women's & I am buying for a guy but all the comments are women asking what size to buy for men's size. Can you clarify which it Is?**
A: Converse's have always been unisex and forever will be. Just order him the size that he normally wears and it will be fine. Women are asking because they do run larger and if needed they will have to order a size smaller for men just order the normally size. I hope this helps see less

**Q: My size for standard all stars is men’s 5, should I stay with that or go down to 4.5?**
A: Yeah, I'm a men's 5.5 but went down 5. They fit me great, didn't have to break them in or anything. And as converse get old they stretch, so keep that in mind

A: I would only size down if were by a half inch.   Otherwise you should be ok with a 7.
